Point HR provides cloud-based human resource management solutions including but not limited to recruitment, payroll, performance management, and HR analytics services.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on the rights of others
- Transmit harmful or malicious code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
5. Payment Terms
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly provided in these terms or as required by law.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Point HR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services.
